I’m absolutely delighted to have you here with me on the 4B! Your support and enthusiasm are the heart and soul of this project, and I can’t wait to share every step of this incredible journey with you.
My main goal for Backstage in Blackpool is to create an exhibition of paintings of performers. It is a deeply personal project for me. It’s a love letter to the amazing performers who bring so much life and joy to Blackpool. Through this blog, I want to take you behind the scenes and show you the magic, the hard work, and the passion that goes into creating a collection of paintings.
During my visits to venues here in my now home town of Blackpool, I’ve had the honour of meeting some truly inspiring performers. Their stories, their struggles, and their triumphs have touched my heart, and I hope to convey that same emotion through my artwork. Here on the blog, you’ll get to know these incredible individuals, see snapshots of my creative process, and hopefully feel as inspired as I do.
This space is for us to connect on a personal level. I want to hear your thoughts, answer your questions, and share this journey with you. Your encouragement keeps me motivated, and your feedback helps shape this project into something truly special.
