Crafts By Jen: How to Order

1.) Please choose your item.
2.) Proceed to checkout and follow the onscreen instructions to pay by credit or debit card through Paypal, It’s easy to use, completely secure and you don’t need a Paypal account to pay by Paypal. You will receive an automated order confirmation email from jen@artbyjen.co.uk and a payment receipt from Paypal.
3.) Jen will send you a second email on the day that your order is being shipped.

Crafts by Jen: Postage and packing

Postage is set at a flat rate of £3.00 per item within the UK and £5.00 per item for overseas.

We endeavour to send your items as quickly as possible. Orders within the UK are sent by ‘Royal Mail first class recorded’. Packages usually arrive the next working day, however, please allow 3 working days.

International orders are sent by ‘International signed for’. You will be able to track your order, and you will be requested to sign for it once it arrives. Delivery usually takes 7-10 days, but please allow 14 days.

Our website details the handmade items available and each is unique. If you have any queries about a product please email Jen before ordering. Due to the one-off nature of our items we do not accept returns.

To enquire or order a painting from this website please contact DeMontfort Fine Art stating the title of the piece you are interested in.

Commissioning a Jen Original Painting or Bespoke Craft Item;

To Commission a Jen Allen original painting please contact DeMontfort Fine Art

To Commission a craft item please email jen@artbyjen.co.uk and she will be happy to discuss your ideas and supply you with a quote.

Original Paintings or Commissioned Paintings and Craft Items: returns.

No refunds or returns of original artwork, commissioned paintings and commissioned crafts are accepted.

Jen will confirm you are happy with designs and keep you updated throughout the commission process.

Jen packages her paintings extremely well and cannot be held liable for damages caused by the courier.

No damages or losses of paintings during the courier process have occurred to date.
